I am a New York City based therapist with over two decades of experience in public service, leadership, and social justice. As an active-duty combat veteran and formally trained/experienced musical theatre actor, I approach therapy with a creative, client-centered approach balanced with structure and accountability.

I am a graduate of Texas A & M University (Bachelor of Arts), The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (Musical Theatre Conservatory), and New York University (Master of Social Work). Prior to becoming a social worker, I served in the military to include two combat tours (Afghanistan, Qatar, Kuwait) and a humanitarian deployment to Peru.
In addition to individual therapy, I provide clinical supervision and hold a Seminar in Field Instruction (Seminar Training in Field Instruction) certification from Columbia University.

I am an out-of-network provider. If you are interested in utilizing out-of-network benefits, please contact your insurance company to determine coverage/reimbursement. I provide courtesy claims to insurance for out-of-network benefits and can also provide superbills. I offer a limited amount of sliding scale slots. My fee is $300 per session.
